The following sections showcase how to run simulation for CPM PCIe designs. Two CPM5 (H10) based example designs are shown. However, PL PCIe or third party BFM as RP is recommended as it reduces your simulation time and it is your supported flow going forward. The steps outlined here can be used for CPM4 (S80) as well. CPM does not come with example design flow like it used to for PL-based IPs, so you can either adapt from PL PCIe, Soft IPs example designs, use BD design automation (if using AXI4 domains), or use your own designs to drive CPM interfaces.
