Step 1: Set the Vitis Utility Library path - 2023.2 English

XFLIB_DIR_REL_PATH :=$(DSPLIB_VITIS)/utils
XFLIB_DIR := $(shell readlink -f $(XFLIB_DIR_REL_PATH))

This path will have the folder utils in it along with other libraries. You will be using its L2 Data-Mover generator tool.
