Versal adaptive SoCs contain a number of power rails that each serve a specific function, as shown in the following table. Not all of the voltages listed are present in each Versal device. Refer to the relevant Versal adaptive SoC datasheets for the most current information regarding supply names and voltage levels.

  1. -2LLI SKUs require the device VCCINT voltage to power on at 0.725V and then use the PMC drivers for dynamic voltage scaling (DVS). The nominal voltage changes between 0.70V and 0.725V depending on the temperature reported by system monitor.
  2. VCCO_503 is present in every Versal device. If VCCO_510/520/530 are present, they should be powered at the same voltage as VCCO_503.
