Incremental Compile allows reuse of place and route data from a previous run. To
set it up, simply reference an existing placed or routed DCP before place_design. It is possible to reuse a full design, a hierarchy level, or a cell
type like DSPs or block RAMs. Incremental Compile also automatically handles changes made to
parts of a design.
