This parameter can be set to 1 using the TCL console while customizing the IP. Enable this parameter to assert an additional reset in case of frequent buffer overflow/underflow as a result of very high ppm differences. During IP hardware debug, you may also set this parameter if RX electrical idle exit condition is seen after the gt_reset_i is deasserted.
