BUFCE_LEAF is a clock buffer with CE for leaf driving off horizontal HCS row. This buffer is an interconnect leaf clock buffer driving the clocking point of the various blocks with a single gated input. Its O output is 0 when CE is Low (inactive). When CE is High, the I input is transferred to the O output. The following table shows the BUFCE_LEAF attributes.
