In the unified AMD Vitis™ IDE the System project simplifies hardware design by integrating the three domains of an AMD Versal™ device: the AI Engine array, the programmable logic (PL) region, and the processing system (PS). The System integrates the AI Engine component, the HLS component for PL modules, and the Application component for the processor into a single heterogeneous system, as shown in the following figure.
