The following table lists the number of available PMC and LPD multiplexed I/Os (MIO), 3.3V-capable high-density (HD), and 1.5V-capable high-performance (XP) I/Os and the number of HD or XP differential I/O for each device/package combination. All packages are available with eutectic-SnPb BGA balls where the device type is XQ and the Pb-free signifier in the package name is a Q.
