This interrupt is triggered every time the HDMI PHY Controller /HDMI GT Subsystem TX reset lock is done or when the HDMI PHY Controller /HDMI GT Subsystem TX alignment is done.
The callback function can update the HDMI PHY Controller /HDMI GT Subsystem ready for TX information to the application software.
