Nets that drive a high fanout should have a driver profile that allows replication to be carried out without impacting the pre-path timing. This allows the replicated cell to be more freely placed next to the loads. If there are source constraints, the placement of replicated cells get clustered together and reduce the effectiveness of the technique.
This section reports signals that have a fanout greater than 10K but are not driven by a flip flop. It captures the load types, information on the driver profile and the net name. The timing information on this signal is not captured. If the path is a false path or has a very low requirement, it can be ignored.
