- Copy the BOOT.bin to the ZCU102 SD card, that was created in the previous step.

Connect the UART cable and
power cable to the board. Set the COM
port to an appropriate value for your computer. Set the
Baud Rate to
115200
. Open a UART terminal to communicate with the software running on the PS. - Configure the Board to Boot in SD-Boot mode by setting switch SW6 to 1-ON, 2-OFF, 3-OFF, and

- Load the SD card into the ZCU102 board and power-up the board. You can see
the boot image loaded successfully and LEDs are blinking.Figure 2. Board after BOOT
In the UART terminal you can see the software menu to load the partial bitstreams as shown in Figure 3.

partial bitstreams. You can see the LEDs pattern changing on the board after
each reconfiguration. The following image shows the UART terminal after loading
