The maximum frequency of operation of the SEM Controller is not guaranteed. In no case can the maximum frequency of operation exceed the internal configuration access port (ICAP) F _Max specified in the relevant FPGA data sheet as configuration interface AC timing parameter Frbcck. Table: ICAP Maximum Frequencies provides a summary of ICAP F _Max values.
