The status of a run that is in progress can be displayed in two ways for synthesis and implementation runs. These status displays show that a run is in progress. They allow you to cancel the run if desired.
- You can find a run status indicator in the project status bar at the upper
right corner of the
Vivado®
IDE, as shown in the
following figure. The run status indicator displays a scrolling bar to indicate that
the run is in process. You can click Cancel to
end the run.
- You can also find a run status indicator in the Design Runs window, as shown
at the bottom left of the following figure. It displays a circular arrow (noted in
red in the figure) to indicate that the run is in process. You can select the run
and use the Reset Run command from the popup menu to cancel the run.
