The report_timing_summary command runs
timing analysis and generates a timing report with details of timing violations. The
report_utilization command generates a summary of
the percentage of device resources used along with other utilization statistics.
In Non-Project Mode, you must use the appropriate Tcl command to specify
each report that you want to create. Each reporting command supports the -file option to direct output to a file.
