Use the Constant IP to tie signals up or down, and specify a constant value. The
Constant IP shows the constant value being driven by the block on the output pin. As an
example, the following constant IP shows a default value on the output pin
dout[0:0]
being driven to 1.
To change the value double-click the IP. This brings the Re-customize IP dialog box as shown.
In this configuration dialog box, the width of the value to be driven is set to
5 (binary bits) and a value of decimal
30 is being driven. After the user commits to the changes,
the Constant IP shows the new values being driven on the output pin dout[4
downto 0]
.
