To filter table data to display only specified values:
- Right-click a column header, and select Enable Column Filtering.
- Hover over the column to filter, and click the Filter Column icon as shown in
the following figure.
- Select the column value to display as shown in the following figure.
The Filtered Column icon appears at the top of each column that you filtered, and the table shows only the rows of data that include the selected value.
Tip: To clear a filter,
right-click the Filtered Column icon, and select All. To clear all filters but leave the filter feature enabled,
select Clear All Column Filters.
