  1. The -2LLE, -2LSE, -2MLE, and -2MSE devices allow dual-voltage operation of the PMC, PS, and CPM5 supplies in overdrive mode (0.88V) or standard drive mode (0.70V/0.80V). The overdrive performance values are the same as standard drive mode unless specifically noted.
  2. The specified portion of the Vivado design tools device selection code includes speed grade (-3, -2, -1), operating voltages (HP, MP, MHP, LP, LHP), temperature grade, (-e), and maximum static power screen (-S, -L).
  3. The physical unclonable function (PUF) is only supported when using a nominal VCC_PMC of 0.70V. Refer to the Versal Adaptive SoC Security Manual (UG1508) in the Design Security Lounge for detailed information on PUF usage, including a VCC_PMC 0.70V solution for mid, high, and overdrive. When using a VCC_PMC 0.70V solution, performance is reduced for functions based on the VCC_PMC. The PUF is not supported in -3H devices.
