The Vitis™ AI Runtime (VART) is the new generation Vitis AI runtime suitable for devices based on DPUv2 and DPUv3E. DPUv2 is used for edge devices, such as ZCU102 and ZCU104. DPUv3E is used for cloud device, such as Alveo U50. For DPU, the framework of runtime (VART) is shown in the following figure. For the Vitis AI release, VART is based on the Xilinx® runtime (XRT).
