- The platform management unit (PMU) processor supports up to
twelve GPIO pins that are configurable within MIO bank 501. MIO[31:26] can be
configured as PMU inputs, and MIO[37:35] can be configured as PMU outputs.Note: MIO[34:32] are reserved on the K26 SOM for power management functions.
- The PMU GPIOs are used for a variety of critical systems functions like watchdog timers and power management related signals.
- When not used by the PMU, these signals can be used as regular MIO pins.
