The Vivado Tcl Store saves information related to the Tcl Store inside your $HOME/.Xilinx (Linux) or %APPDATA%/Xilinx (Windows) area. The information that is saved enables the tool to keep track of the list of apps that are installed by the user on a per Vivado release basis. These directories are also used to cache the apps that have been refreshed and updated from the online Vivado Tcl Store repository.
