Hermetic Package Assembly Location Change for Defense-grade PROM and Virtex SMD Products (XCN16002) - To communicate that Xilinx is transitioning the Defense-grade PROM CC44 and Virtex® SMD CB228 products to an alternate Xilinx qualified assembly supplier. As a result of this transition, Xilinx is replacing the current Defense-grade PROM 44L Cerquad Package (CC44) product with a fully compatible 44L Cerquad Package (CK44). The CK44 and the Defense-grade Virtex FPGA’s and associated SMD CB228 hermetic packages will be fully qualified at the alternate supplier.
