8-Bit Dot-Product Acceleration (WP487) - The DSP architecture in UltraScale and UltraScale+ devices enhances convolution and matrix multiplication throughput for neural networks with a scalable performance of INT8 vector dot products. With the approaches described in this white paper, 1.75X–2X throughput can be reached compared to a traditional (naive) usage of DSP resource.
