With the SCU35 powered on and USB JTAG connected to the development machine.
Open the hardware manager.
Select Open Target and Auto Connect.
Select Add Configuration Memory Device.
Select 128 Mb QSPI.
Select yes for the programming the memory now.
Select the Bin File and click program.
Wait for the device to be programmed.
