Ensure that all Prerequisites and System Image Flashing Steps have been met, following the Versal AI Edge Gen2 Vitis AI documentation.
Verify that the board has been flashed with the respective images from the downloaded release package, and confirm the board is operational.
Complete all OSPI and SD card imaging and boot steps described under OSPI and SD card board setup in the Versal AI Edge Gen2 Vitis AI documentation before proceeding.
VVAS is pre-installed in the rootfs. Verify VVAS is correctly installed by inspecting the GStreamer plugins:
gst-inspect-1.0 vvas_xinfer
gst-inspect-1.0 vvas_xmetaconvert
gst-inspect-1.0 vvas_xoverlay
Note
If the plugins are installed correctly, you will see detailed information about each plugin. If you see an error message like “No such element or plugin,” the plugins are not installed correctly. In that case, check the installation.
