Select Start > All Programs > AMD Adaptive SoC and FPGA Tools > Vivado <version> > Vivado <version>.

Note: You can also double-click the Vivado IDE shortcut icon on your desktop.

Tip: You can right-click the Vivado IDE shortcut icon and select Properties to update the Start In field. This makes it easier for you to locate the log files and journal files, which the tool writes to the launch directory.
