IBERT UltraScale+ GTR evaluates and monitors GTR transceivers in Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoCs. With this feature, you can accomplish the following tasks:
- Perform eye scans with user data
- Change GTR settings
- View link status
- Check the "lock" status of all PLLs used by all GTR lanes
However, IBERT GTR does not provide the following capabilities:
- Perform eye scans with raw PRBS data patterns
- Measure Bit Error Ratio (no bit or error counters)
Note: This solution is software based, meaning that
you do not need an IP or logic in the programmable logic of the device.
