You can add the devices to define the STAPL JTAG device chain configuration after creating the STAPL target. The STAPL JTAG device chain configuration must match the target hardware chain to ensure proper STAPL file execution.
Note: It is not recommended to create a STAPL device chain
that contains both UltraScale/UltraScale+ FPGAs and Versal Devices as this might lead to unpredictable results. This
limitation is addressed in a later release.
