For both setup and hold, update the set_multicycle_path constraints so
that they reference the destination clock (-end) for SLOW-to-FAST
synchronous clocks and the source clock (-start) for FAST-to-SLOW
synchronous clocks. For more information about properly setting multicycle paths between
