The -exclude_methodology_checks option omits methodology checks from the
report. By default, the tool runs these checks or retrieves them from the internal cache
if the report has been generated previously. Using this option can reduce compile time
when running the command for the first time. Because methodology checks remain mostly
static throughout the implementation flow, this option is recommended when calling
report_qor_assessment at multiple stages of the run.
