By default, methodology checks are run (or, if the command has been run previously, they are captured from the internal cache). This option allows methodology checks to be completely omitted. It offers a compile time saving when the command has not been run before. Because methodology checks are largely static throughout the implementation run, it is recommended to use this option when calling report_qor_assessment at multiple stages of the implementation run.
