In non-project mode, an example Tcl script is provided in the
-strategy_dir directory. This script demonstrates how to read the
RQS file and set the directives for the implementation commands to RQS. These scripts
are designed to be run on a design loaded into memory at the
pre-opt_design stage. They do not include any reporting commands or
checkpoint-writing steps.
