Setup and hold multicycle path constraints should typically reference
the same -start pair for SLOW-to-FAST synchronous
clocks or -end pair for FAST-to-SLOW synchronous
clocks (refer to constraint positions <#> in the Timing Constraint window in Vivado IDE).
