There is a bus skew constraint with an unrealistic value (less than
the minimum of half a source and destination clock period) or a <1 ns requirement
(refer to constraint position <position> in the
timing constraint window in Vivado IDE). Setting
an aggressive value results in increased runtime. The first endpoint covered by the
constraint is <object>.
