Vivado tries to meet the bus skew constraint by adding extra
delay to the individual signals through some routing detours. When the number of signals
in the same bus skew constraint is very high, a significant number of routing detours
might need to be added. These detours can lead to routing congestion or a failure to
meet the bus skew constraint. It can also have a significant impact on
route_design runtime.
