View RPM definitions in the
Physical Constraints window.

Follow these steps to view RPM definitions:
- Expand the RPM folder to display a list of RPMs.
- Select an RPM to view its properties or to select related cells.
Tip: Place and lock down RPMs by
dragging them from the Physical Constraints
window to the Device window. The tool moves
RPMs as a single shape instead of cell by cell.
