Use the RLOC property to assign relative locations to design
objects. The RLOC property specifies relative X-Y coordinates for each
cell in the RPM set.
To specify the RLOC property, use either of two grid coordinate
systems:
Use the following syntax where mis an integer representing the relative or absolute X coordinate of the object and n is an integer representing the relative or absolute Y coordinate of the object:
