Some advanced templates, such as System Synchronous and Source Synchronous I/O
delay constraints, require you to set Tcl variables to capture the design requirements.
These Tcl variables are used in the set_input_delay and
set_output_delay constraints. Verify that you fill
in all required values to replace the default values.
