When an elaborated, synthesized, or implemented design is open, select to view and modify device configuration and bitstream properties.
The Edit Device Properties dialog box is available only when a design is open. For descriptions of each property, refer to the Vivado Design Suite User Guide: Programming and Debugging (UG908). For device configuration modes, refer to the Vivado Design Suite User Guide: I/O and Clock Planning (UG899).
