You can use the Vivado IP integrator to stitch IP into subsystems with the AMBA® AXI4 interconnect protocol. You can interactively configure and connect IP using a block design style interface. Draw DRC-correct connections to link entire interfaces, similar to a schematic. Using standard interfaces saves you time compared to traditional RTL-based connectivity. Connection automation and integrated DRCs ensure proper IP configuration and connectivity.
After connecting the IP, validate, package, and treat the block design as a single source. You can include block designs in design projects or share them across multiple projects. The IP integrator serves as the main embedded design interface and the AMD evaluation board interface.
