Versal adaptive SoCs contain a number of power rails that each serve a specific function, as shown in the following table. Not all of the voltages listed are present in each Versal device. Refer to the relevant Versal adaptive SoC datasheets for the most current information regarding supply names and voltage levels.

  1. See the Versal adaptive SoC data sheets and the PDM tool for voltage values and limits.
  2. For Versal devices with X5IO banks, all X5IO VCCO bank supplies (even for unused banks) must be powered up if using memory controllers, MIPI, or the X5IO Wizard.
  3. VCCO_503 is present in every Versal device. If VCCO_510/520/530 are present, they should be powered at the same voltage as VCCO_503.
