In the VM1302-D1760 and VM1402-D1760 devices, there is no IO_VR_800 pin. The DCI reference resistor is inside the package in these devices.
Important: Always leave XPIO banks 700 and 800 powered because they provide
the DCI reference circuitry for all XPIO banks.
