The differential output buffer primitive (OBUFDS_DPHY) is only supported in the HP and XP5IO I/O banks. This UltraScale architecture specific primitive is for MIPI D-PHY transmitter implementation. The HSTX_T port is used to 3-state the MIPI D-PHY high-speed (HS) transmitter. The LPTX_T port is used to 3-state the low-power (LP) transmitter. The HSTX_I and LPTX_I(_P/_N) inputs are from the interconnect logic to the HS and LP transmitters, respectively. The primitive only supports MIPI D-PHY (MIPI_DPHY_DCI in HP and MIPI_DPHY in XP5IO) for the IOSTANDARD attribute.
