This attribute determines the self-address of the UltraRAM
and must be a unique value for each UltraRAM in the cascade chain. This determines the address
of each UltraRAM in the cascade chain. It is an 11-bit value and can have any value from
11'h000 to 11'h7ff. See Cascade User Attributes
