- Try configuration using a
different mode. For example, if downloading through a cable, try
programming the bitstream into a flash device and configuring.
- Try configuration with a different
bitstream. If possible, have a known-good configuration file that
can be used as a test.
- If using a higher speed
CCLK setting or external clock,
trying slowing down the clock.
- Reduce the number of non-default
configuration options selected.
- Try applying additional clocks at
the end of configuration.
- Verify that data is being received
properly at the destination devices.
- Verify that you have the latest version of
the tools. Even if you must use an earlier version of the
implementation tools, the latest configuration tools can be
downloaded for free and used independently by going to the
download center and selecting "Lab Edition."
