The internal
PROGRAM_B
(INTERNAL_PROG or IPROG) command has similar effect as pulsing the PROGRAM_B
pin, except IPROG does not reset the dedicated reconfiguration logic. The
start address set in WBSTAR (see Warm Boot Start Address Register (10000)) is used
during SPI or BPI reconfiguration instead of the default address. The default is zero. The
IPROG command can be sent through ICAP or the bitstream. The IPROG Using ICAP and IPROG Embedded in the Bitstream sections describe these two procedures. Note: The ICAP interface is similar to the SelectMAP
interface, and therefore the input configuration bus needs to be bit-swapped (see Parallel Bus Bit Order). For more information on ICAPE3, see the
UltraScale Architecture Libraries Guide (UG974).
