VFS exposes the same component model (hlsKernel and aieGraph) from two languages. Each section below is a complete, standalone API guide for one language.

• MATLAB API

Both APIs share a common lifecycle:

1. Create the component: Passing sources, graph class, or IP configuration.
2. Configure any runtime parameters: Scaling, direction, number of channels, and so on.
3. Run it with varray inputs and collect varray outputs.
4. Reset or destroy it when done.
