Description
Get all setting paths of an IP settings dictionary, where each path is a list of hierarchical dictionary keys, ordered from independent to dependent paths.

get_setting_paths()
Returns
List of setting paths of an IP settings dictionary.

# Get all setting key paths in dependency order
proj = open_project('my_design.pdm')
handler = proj.get_ip_handler('MRMAC')
paths = handler.get_setting_paths()
