On the AMD Solarflare X4522 adapter, each SFP56 cage supports a single port at 1 GbE / 10 GbE / 25 GbE / 50 GbE.
X4522 Dual 50 GbE Ports
- Uses both SFP56 ports.
- Each port can operate at 1 GbE / 10 GbE / 25 GbE / 50 GbE.
- 50 GbE is single lane operation using PAM4 encoding.
- Two PCIe PFs are exposed to the OS.
