AMD
data-center acceleration platforms can have multiple kernels running at different clock
frequencies under user control. The selection of kernel clocks and associated
frequencies is an important part of defining the performance of algorithms and signal
processing blocks of a system. This section describes the clocking of PL kernels added
with Vitis to an extensible platform.
