Onload™ Operator for Kubernetes® v3.0 is supported in the following environment:

• OpenOnload™ (including EnterpriseOnload™ ) 8.1+

• AMD Solarflare™ hardware (sfc)

• OpenShift® Container Platform (OCP) 4.10+ with:

  • Kernel Module Management (KMM) Operator 1.1 (see the OpenShift documentation)

• Both restricted network or internet-connected clusters

Instructions in this guide assume you are using this environment.

You can also deploy on Kubernetes 1.23+. This is similar to deploying on OpenShift, but full implementation details are not currently provided. The Onload Device Plugin is not currently designed for standalone deployment.
